Tobias Cunningham

Managing Director/Trainer

As the Managing Director and Trainer here at TEC, Tobias continues to train learners from all sectors because that is where his heart lies. His goal is to not only teach the fundamental standards needed for each sector but to teach in a way that engages his learners, involves them and one that makes training an enjoyable time.

Tobias has come from a varied background which has primarily been within the care sector. He has progressed throughout, working his way up the ladder, which led to him going into the teaching and training sector 6 years ago. His dream is to not only educate, teach and train as many people as he can but to improve the future for everyone. Tobias has a Level 3 in Education and Teaching.

Rhianna Hurn

Director/Administration Officer

Rhianna is the person behind the scenes! She spends a lot of her time speaking and consulting with our customers and scheduling them in for training. She books the training days and ensures that everything is ready for each course.

Rhianna invests a lot of her time in ensuring that our social media accounts are always up to date and is also in charge of marketing and finance.

She is the connecting link between the learners and Tobias, our trainer.
